Full-Stack PCBA Technology Provider：
We are more than an assembly plant; we are a full-stack PCBA technology provider. By managing the entire process from circuit design and software development to in-house SMT (Surface Mount Technology), we ensure zero-compromise on the “brain” of our chargers. This leads to shorter lead times, lower failure rates, and rapid customization.
Precision Molding & Cable Manufacturing:
We control every detail from the outside in. With over 30 precision injection molding machines, we offer bespoke mold customization. Our charging cables are produced in-house using 99.9% oxygen-free copper, passing 30,000+ flex tests to guarantee safety and durability in extreme environments.
In-house Terminal Production:
Xchargio independently produces high-performance terminals for both AC and DC connectors. Using silver-plated H62 brass and pure copper tails, our terminals prevent aging and overheating, ensuring stable conductivity over thousands of charge cycles.

Professional Laboratory: Our 2,600㎡ state-of-the-art laboratory features 21+ specialized testing instruments. Each product undergoes 6 rigorous stages of inspection: appearance, power-on, functional, aging, detail, and plug-cycle testing.
